I checked your match history, went back to the beginning of Feb (holy crap you play a lot of games though). To my untrained eye nothing looks like intentional feeding. Unless you said something like "I'm gonna int", I don't know why the system woulda picked you up.
I looked over the match in question, looking at what was available in the Match History page - and nothing stuck out to me as particularly odd that would raise flags for intentionally feeding or trolling. You built normally, your KDA wasn't absurd, your death locations weren't strange, your stats were fine...
This may be a false positive case, in which case, I'd highly recommend you submit a ticket to Player Support asking them to review the match in question and evaluate whether or not it could be reduced.
Intentional feeding is not based on death count, it is based on any actions which you take in the game which are willfully for the purpose of hindering your team or assisting the enemy.
While I’m not going to watch the entire replay, it appears to me that it is quite possible, even likely, that you were intentionally losing this game, at least in some points during the game.
Oh no, this is unfortunate! I would highly recommend contacting Riot support to see if this can be resolved! I was able to have a similar scenario cleared up by Riot Support.
But you griefed the game, as the video below shows. The ban is correctly placed, and won't be lifted.
