I just logged on and got a message saying I was permabanned for using third party software and I put in a ticket about half an hour ago and I dont know what to do, I need this account for a high school esports league next week
Update: They lifted the ban this morning which is awesome
I was permabanned about 2-3 years ago for third party software. It took about 2 weeks for me to get my account back (they gave me a hextech chest as compensation, I got Skarner lol)
If you get an automated response just keep sending tickets. You'll get a human eventually
Well, did you have third party software affecting the game's files on your computer? If so, then you fully deserved it and won't be participating in that esports league. If not, then yes, they should lift the ban.
