Banned for elo boosting?

I was banned for elo boosting? Literally barely play ranked and only have 120 games played this season. I don't understand how they came to the conclusion of banning me. I haven't even climbed when I played rank and they should be able to check my ip on my games and tell it hasn't changed as I haven't left my house in months due to being sick. This is ridiculous and makes me not want to play ranked anymore. They said the next ban will be permanent and if I am getting banned for no reason I don't even wanna risk playing ranked anymore.

If you believe the ban was in error, you should send in a Support Ticket and request an employee review it. Bans are dished out via an automatic system (as, due to the sheer number of players, it simply isn't possible for employees to review everything), but if you request it an employee can review it to ensure the system didn't make an error.

The automatic system is generally very accurate, however it isn't perfect. While very rare, mistakes do happen occasionally. As such, if you believe the system made a mistake it is worth it to ask them to double check.
