is my probation permanent?

my account got suspended like 7 month ago (2 week suspension) because i was toxic, since then i follow the advice you (riot) gave me, to not play if i have a bad day, or just play with my friend and to not do what i did previously. but even though it been seven month later im still under probation without ever being toxic in any game that i play during my probation time. granted i didnt play a lot, because overwatch came out around the time my suspension got lifted. but i still enjoy league, but not getting any crate for this long is becoming annoying. im just wondering do people need to honor me to help me lift the probation because ive show improvement but im still in probation.

P.S sorry for the bad grammar

No, you can get your account back in good standing. Just avoid being reported for valid reasons.

Nope, honour has nothing to do with the loot restriction. If you keep playing without getting punished, eventually it will lift. It's not a certain # of games or time either, but if you almost never play then it'll take a lot of time irl for it to lift probably (if you don't play it can never tell if you're usually sportsmanlike or not).

hextech rewards eligibility isn't based on time but on games played.

it'll take around 120-150 games.

keep in mind that when you've receive your rewards back doesn't mean that you are free to be toxic again.

Scazzman is correct. You can begin to earn hextech loot rewards within a few weeks for the char restrictions, maybe 1-2 months for the longer ones, but you will be able to do it soon. However, that does not mean that you have dropped down to the tier one for punishment again. That takes much longer. I've seen people take as long as 6-7 months after a temp ban end up with a permaban. They had begun to receive rewards again and thought they were safe. They were not.
