Honor locked after 10 game chat restriction

Hello, I was recently given a 10 game chat restriction. I do believe it was deserved but it was only for 1 game where our ashe was in the wrong here. She was accusing me and alistar for afking but she afked push bot when they were at our nexus turrets. I have completed my 10 games and have not shown any toxic behaviors and still cannot earn honor. This is a bit unfair since clash is tomorrow and i would like to participate.Not being able to participate because of 1 bad game that everyone gave up on and which ended in lesst han 15 minutes is a bit unfair since i have not shown any toxic behavior in the past. Can a rioter please look into this and help me out here :(.

Toxicity is not honorable behavior, and unless a punishment is deemed invalid the honor drop associated with it is not reversed. Your honor climb will begin from level 1 immediately once your honor is unlocked - usually 10-30 games of good behavior after your punishment ends.

Hey similar situation for me. I let a troll have it, called him an A** Hole for throwing the game on purpose and wasting my time. I got my first chat restriction after 9+ years of playing this game. No Warning, no nothing. I was Honor level 4, 3/3 gate things, or whatever they're called, and bam down to level 1. That was 3-4 weeks ago, and I've unlocked my honor but it hasn't moved.

I opened a support ticket and tried to make my case. My main argument, is for "FIRST TIME" offenders, we shouldn't have all our honor stripped from us especially now with Clash. They really need to take past behavior into account. I feel like the Chat Restriction, was punishment. I feel like Losing honor was punishment. Robbing me of Clash is just simply atrocious, cruel and inhumane punishment. It's not like I am a toxic player, I've never received a punishment until now. When you only get to play 2-3 games a day, a Troll throwing on purpose, and not surrendering is very frustrating. I learned from the Chat Restriction, there's no reason I shouldn't be able to play Clash.
