How come there is no report function when people actually throw games? Like those who want pentas and refuse to to actually hit towers cause they are camping fountain. Its baffling that people have to lose lp when 1 or 2 people wanna stroke thier ego.

Sounds like Griefing. There is a category for that.

If they intentionally throw a game, that is griefing and there is an option to report that. Not saying you will be satisfied with the result everytime.
