Penalize those players with negative performance more seriously plz!!!

As a player with 7 years experience, I quit and back for several times. All because I can't stand those who feed the enemies and vote for surrender then quit the game just like they didn't do anything related. Recently, as the urf mode ups, these kind of insane players show up almost every game, they think "it's not rank, I can do whatever I want." Man it's League of Heroes, not League of Cowards, if u want to leave, dodge at the selecting period, don't make yourself and ur teammates suffer. So, Why these insane players behave like this? Cuz players hardly report them and even they got reported ,it's usually a warning or a poor 3-day ban. And after 3 days, they come back and do harm to other players game experience again. I never surrender in my 7 years League life, only cowards surrender, and I hope everyone could be like that, that's the basic respect for yourself and ur rivals.
