as we all know and anyone can see that sometimes league players can be in that time were he lost a kill but insead they killed him so horey to red team and that is where the humans inside a holy temple are strating to flame wait not flame the fire but flame from the mouth i truelly hate tha in our days even and an unbron baby flames and harass the teamate who utlist came to help him and his mouth is like a volcano of lava i hate when i hear the word report report the one the onther from both teams when if they would play with stratigic with the fun way instead of screaming and say only curse i wish i could play games and enjoy them as much with my friends but when they are just trolling or flaming and not focus on the game that is the awfull thing for the rest of the team when i am reporting someone doesnt come any of your messages ans it is ok that is why i had an idea if they could act like that : first thing the bans for the queue should stay right there but when someone takes the first perma on the aacount that they use in that case i would like to give an idea after 4 perma ban the account CAN NOT be used anymore for ever flamming offencive language is 24/7 open in the summoner rift but you cant buy any weapon exept the flamesword 200% critical strike 20 cooldown 78 attack speed 60000000 health and the last one 900000000 mana and beleive me i dont enjoy it i wish lol could be like league of legends players on youtube like kaypea lilypichu pokimane and all the othes like they are playig and theu enjoying it this is how i wanted to be lol like the way they play them i cant stand the hate the racist the abuse and everuythig i just get bored so the point that i wanted to day is that if you could do that idea and make your changies that you want because my example it wasnt exactly clear pls let me know
