Ban for chat for 25 games and immediately for 14 days

Hello,

today I had a strange situation. After finishing the game, I logged out of the client. I logged in again and received a message about a chat ban for 25 games (I had a chat ban for 10 games before). After about 5 minutes i tried to start the game. However, I could not start the game. This option was blocked. I relogged and received a message about a ban for 14 days. In the reform card for chat for 25 games I had logs from 3 games, and in the reform card for 14 days I had only 1 game - the last one I played. Is it normal? Shouldn't I have a chance to improve my behavior after chat ban? What u think?

Okay so this is a mistake by the automated system, you are only supposed to receive 1 punishment. Open the ticket to the support and they will resolve it for you.

Depends bud I don't know everything that happen but you could have had a soft penalty then a more harsh one once more investigated. I would advised from engaging in any chat even to defend yourself. Simply acknowledge the issue at hand and report it after the game. If you are busy typing you could be taking stock of the game to support your team. Even if you win that's not the point. Going at it with another player, going off is adding fuel to the fire of their ego and goal. Ignore it and continue on, less stress for you and your team reading everything. If you find yourself to be the type of person who can not do this simply mute the player and if you think this is not enough mute all the chats in settings till you are comfortable re-enabling it.

No one is perfect but we can become better and not be drug down to the level of those who are lost.

It can happen if you flame so often that you triggered 25 chat restrictions and some Zero tolerance in your last last game triggered a 14d ban. Contact Player Support, be patient, be detailed. Let us know how it goes and provide complete chronology and chat logs if you want. At this stage, you may keep the 14d ban if theres zero tolerance or maybe you re gonna get 25 chat restrictions reapplied instead of 14d ban. (thanks for the search Lolzor).

The 1 game that was in your 14-day reform card, was also in the previous reform card for 25-game chat ban? If not, it means you got the 25 day chat ban and then you were very fast to get punished again.

If the same 1 game appears in both cards, you have a good chance to get the 14-day revoked I would say.

Oh yeah, polish Support for the win. Like he completely ignored the system error in this situation. For the first time I hear that the system itself will change the punishment during its duration.
