Perma banned for nothing?

Well, i was perma banned for defending myself against 3 maliciously insane toxic players while, i got riddled with hate speech,, homophobia, racism telling em to kill myself and uninstall. I got banned in an act of self defense against these violent words with chat logs to back me up. i would dearly ask riot to look into this perma ban and agree that it is hanist and most likely over the top. Thank you i'l post a gif to gyazo of my scrolling through the chat logs as well as 2 single screenshots thank you. I'm not mad, i just believe i was treated just a little bad for not ever having an account banned before.

What you should've done was simply stop talking. Nothing you said was improving the situation at all.

all it means is they reported you. Riot handles the system through automated methods (don't believe the lies otherwise). So the automatic system said "wow, this player got reported, he must be doing something bad" so at best, maybe an actual rep glanced and your logs before he banned you.

Keep in mind, I had something similar happen to be. I filed a ticket, and they said I was toxic for "arguing" so basically I was dealing with some trolls or intentional feeders, and I argue too much and that means I am being toxic.

tl;dr Riots new banning system is a hot mess, if they haven't figured it out now, they will soon

I see what you are trying to do. You are are reasoning them out. I would not recommend reasoning out with a toxic player. You were sincere at most, and I do not think that you deserve the ban. To give you an honest advice..

I have to say is this. When you have toxic players in game, do this. Stay quite. Say nice things if you can, if you cant dont. If it provokes them to be more toxic more, dont say. Meaning if it isnt nice dont say it. If you cant say nice things, stay quite and report them quitely after the game. Dont even mentioned that they got reported bc RIOT decides that through evidence..

Im sorry you got ban, I think this is a worthy reason for Riot to unban you and claim that it was a mistake or probably a system fault not doing so by your chat. I dont work for RIOT but. Submit a ticket and explain the situation to them.

Nothing said to you justifies what you say, that's how the system works. Sorry. Plus, if you're perma'd, you've probably had several warnings before this happened.

The punishment system works in tiers.

10 game chat restriction
25 game chat restriction
14 day ban
Perm ban

Anything that can get you a chat restriction can earn you a 14 day ban or a perm ban. Extreme cases of toxicity (Death threats, hate speech, etc etc) and trolling can skip you right up to the 14 day or even a permaban.

Asking for reports is considered toxic, since it only takes 1 report from you to flag the game for review. More reports don't increase the chances for punishment.

Bahh... I don't agree with Banning accounts for social interactions.. but based on their rules I can see why you received punishment. If this is your first punishment though and it went straight to perma ban, that's real fucked up.

You provoke people to keep flaming you and that's wrong in Riots eyes. Next time you get flamed, don't provoke them further with stupid shit like "reported hope you enjoy getting banned" and tell them "keep talking keep talking" ...you're just being toxic back but in a more passive aggressive way. Instead of telling them to stfu, u say things like keep going and enjoy your ban.. it's the same intent, just different delivery. Just ignore, report, move on. Idk how many times people say it, but I've heard it SOO many times. Ignore. Report. Move on. Idk why people don't get this.

i got banned today to and i dont know why ... three guys i think they were premates started to flame and blame me cause i was on toplane and couldnt roam cause i got ganked and lost my lane , and instead of helping they just blamed me cause they lost their lanes to and i couldnt help them only my midlaner didnt said anything .. **and only cause they reported me for just telling them to stop blaming me i got banned ** riot really should read at first the chats and then decide who really deserves the ban ... if u are in a group with 3 u can bann with your reports everyone for fun thats really sad ... i mean what should i do now ? delete lol only cause i wanted to learn to play on top lane ? btw it was a normal game ... and i just never fought against swain and he was better then me and thats all i had accept it and tried to farm under the turret but he had tp and helped his team in one fight after this fight i was the reason why we lost ... and riot cant see that the atmosphere they had in the team was the wrong one instead of saying me to group and help each other the jgl supp and adc blamed me for feeding and loosing and i am the one who get banned and at the last 5 mins the supp was afk but i get banned permanent ... so what should i think now about riot and league of legends ? should i get a new account find 3 guys or 2 and then report everyone to bann them ? i cant understand why then delete the chat so noone can write anything only ping and nothing happens ...

thats really unfair and i cant do anything against it just get permabanned and if i want to play i have to start again ... wow ...
