Why Riot sucks at enforcing reports

I always try to have fun playing the game while also always trying to win. How come when other people seem to be disruptive assholes, and or are feeding all game there is no punishment? I also find it funny when you call people out on this and then you log on later to find a chat restriction placed upon your account. This is garbage, how come I receive a chat restriction when I'm not doing anything wrong?? These other players are costing me LP and causing the game to suck yet I'm the one they push this on to? I know I can't be the only one who feels this way out there.

You aren't the only one who feels that way, but you also should realize that since you got punished; others do as well.

You aren't promised an instant feedback report jist because you reported someone. So just because you don't get a message saying Jimbob was punished, doesn't mean Jimbob wasn't punished.

Feeding in itself isn't a punishable offense. Intentional feeding is where people get punished, and proving intent is the hard part.
