so this is funny right? Havent we all been there? someone runs down lane, ruining the game for everyone, and they are being soooo passive aggressive to the rest of the team, so you report them, naturally, and get this, I GET THE CHAT RESTRICTION HAHAHAHAHAHAH!!! later i managed to track down this guy to his discord where he and his friends LITERALLY DO THAT EXACT SAME THING! theyre abusing the report system! and laughing at us as this robot issues penalties! This guy and his friends just go around ruining the game for people, and if anyone tries to fix it, BAM reported. here ill let you looks at what was just so report worthy, and go ahead and tell me what you think. OK, so how far into the game was the person "running it down?" Because you started flaming your team early on, as soon as your ganks apparently didn't produce the results you desired.

You accused people of inting (harassment), told people to "stfu," repeatedly called them "trash," accused them of ruining the game, repeatedly screamed at them in caps, and repeatedly announced that you were reporting them. You spent your entire time in chat raging and flaming. This was a correct punishment.
