Reasonable ban?

I understand you shouldn't call your team mates idiots even though how much they troll or frustrate you, but is it really a good reason for a ban? I mean I know Riot doesn't take context into consideration, but if we look at where I called my team mates idiots like ''ur stupid teemo'' was when he blamed me for them doing bad in lane and he called me a "r%%%%%ed jungler", so I would say what I said was a bit nicer. And other times when I called them idiots was when they kept saying the same shit, also I did tell one of them to shut up because he had been whining the whole game.

So in today's state riot's policy on "Extremely toxic behavior" is if you call your team mates idiots couple times in a game, because of their actions and comments told to the player who was punished. And yes I did type a shit ton in this match and I don't usually type this much, but we were losing about 30 - 7 at 15 minutes and our bot losing 15 - 0 so I was basically just waiting for the game to end, while my team mates didn't want to forfeit, because our bot lane was a premade who wanted to troll even more.
