Why did i get chat restricted?

After a bit of a break, i logged into this account again, and played a few games toplane, yes, they are rankeds, and yes i do not play top often, but occasionally, and this is not my only account, so yes, i did know the champs. I must admit i performed rather poorly though, and i am only human and had one game with a pretty wild discussion with my jungler. So now im in the 4th game, loading, only to get into the game with a chat restriction. Afterwards it tells me, im restricted for another 9 games. For unsportsmanlike conduct, but no details, so i have to ask why? For poor performance? For the rather lengthy discussion (i try to avoid swear words or the likes, still even i would consider it flame ...)? I mean this punishment has little effect, overall, but i would like to understand why, especially in the context, that it was passed so fast... Is there a page that lists the reasons? was this decision made by a bot? is there a way to appeal?
