better loading screen tips

every time someone asks us to report someone i tell them that one report has the same effect as 9 and that the system only needs 1 report to trigger a review (and sometimes i mention that asking for reports is a rulebreak but i try to stop that as its pointless)

and theres 3 answers and one of them i get in 99% of the cases

1. lol stop being mad/being a nerd
2. stfu reported too
3. no its not, 9 reports get you banned faster.

so i and other people recommended this like years ago already but maybe its time to recommend it again. instead of telling us where poppy got her hammer from, how wukong got the title "wukong" and how long it takes to get from one fountain to the other by only using flash,

write a tip like this in the loadscreen "did you know that one report is all it takes to trigger a review? asking for reports does nothing and can even get you punished"

??? why isnt riot doing this? if just ONE person would read this tip in loadscreen, it would be worth it. as it improved the behavior of one player. and lets face it. im pretty sure we all face that "report xy pls" person at least once in every 2-3 games.
