I was recently put with a perma-ban, for not being really "toxic" more of negative talk. But like everyone is negative on this game every once in a while. I wasnt even flaming, i was obviously tilted and salty yes. But flaming? No, i think the worst thing i said was "learn to counter jg" and if I really honestly lost hundreds of bucks of skins and hours into my main account, because i told someone to "learn to counter jg". Ill give you my chat logs, its not gonna change anything im still gonna be banned because riot doesnt actually give a fuck, they will take my money and run off with it happy im gone. I wonder how much money they make off these kinda bullshit where someone will then make a new account and pour more money into it. This isnt a system to delete "toxic players" if that was so we wouldnt see them just about anywhere, this is a system to delete as many accounts as possible to earn more and more revenue. Let's just look at this realistically, in the past 5 months (from when i started with a 25 chat restriction 5 months ago, then i got a 14 day ban about 2 weeks ago) i got all of that from maybe.. 5? bad games, out of how many i play probably like 600 in 5 months (all normals btw, i stopped trying to climb elo) and honestly, the only game i really deserved to be punished was the one i intent fed because i got flammed by 3 members of my team for going 0/3 in lane. So let's review, i got permantly banned from an account that i poured what tiny fucking scraps of cash i had into because I either replied to a flamer and flamed back, or was slightly negative in my word usage. Whilst i stopped doing the first one after the 25 chat ban, the second one is insanely bullshit. Who cares if i feel like we lost the game and lost hope? Am i supposed to be a robot who never ever gets tilted or salty? I am not a toxic player, i am a average player fucked by a system that rewards flammers into making new accounts and continuing to flame, or fucks over the average tilted player. So while this rant is over, i'd like to say fuck riot's tribunal system bullshit. I cant even be slightly negative, in a MOBA, like do u see smite or fucking dota doing this shit? No fucking wonder everyone's quitting league. Anyhow, for anyone reading, i feel sorry for you, your gonna continue to play a game that wants to fuck you over.

If you got an account banned, why would you pay more money to the company that banned your account? No one has ever been able to give me a rational explanation as to why people would support a company that they think robbed them.

Toxicity isn't going to magically go away for forever, that's not realistic. The system does however reduce the amount of toxicity in the game. Anyone who played in S2 will tell you that the game is way less toxic than it was before. And again, wouldn't banning an account that had a lot of skins on be a distinctive to continue to buy skins from the same company?

The logs you provided aren't terrible, but they do show a trend of negativity, and if you couldn't figure out by that last 3 punishments that maybe you should change, that's on you. What I find more interesting is that you start inting when you get fed. You know what I do? I mute toxic people and report them after the game. Crazy that I've had this account since S1 and I've never gotten a chat restriction or anything! It's really not hard.

You aren't expected to be a robot, you're expected not to be an asshole to your team. The average player doesn't get punished by the system, shit out of the 75+ people I have on my friends list, not one has gotten punished by the Tribunal at all. If you have trouble keeping your cool, that's on you.

League is still by far the most popular MOBA in the world, 100 million active accounts played each month, whereas Dota has around 13 million active players. I've been playing for almost 6 years at this point, and I'm still not getting fucked over by this company.

These aren't terrible logs, but they are negative and reportable, and you were already on thin ice with such a recent two-week ban. Didn't you think you should ease up on the smack talk after that?

What really hurts you is calling for reports. It's pointless and counts as harassment. That, and generally, it seems that your constant complaining and back-and-forth about what's going wrong would hurt everybody's enjoyment of the game.

You could've have got a perma ban with nothing else aside from saying you were smirking on a friends account. You could have been on a clean slate and that would have done it
