he all, if someone repeatedly points out how "bad" you play (obviously we all try our best) but the matchup is quite poor, then how can you be punished for it. if the person in question continues to do so throughout the entire game to several of the team members.

You can't.

You can get punished for flaming back. But you can't get punished because someone pointed out that you were playing badly, that's simply not how it works.
