I take 14 days ban,after i played 5 games,i was reported because i said ,i am 32/4,and report yasuo flame,bcs he flamed me all the game.Please if you have time to unban me.

If you recently came off of a 25-game Chat Restriction, then, no, I'm afraid you won't get unbanned. Report rallying can be a form of harassment in and of itself, and it really doesn't do anything beneficial to call for reports anyhow - one report has the exact same weight as nine. You can report the player yourself, and it would have just as much effect as everyone else reporting.
If you reported him, he would get a punishment of his own for flaming - be it a chat restriction, a ban, or Honor progression being stalled.
All said, outside of what was mentioned before (previous punishments, etc.), you may want to provide your chat log(s) for peer review, so that we can point out where (if anywhere) you stepped over the line.
Report calling can be considered a negative act, but I highly doubt that alone caused you to receive a 14-day ban. Post your chatlogs and we can break it down for you.

you have to be an advanced chat flamer to get to 14-day ban instantly,I know multiple people who can't keep it in their heads and they are all honor 5+. Also, you are only sorry after you are punished.
