Asking for ban lift.

Please read the entire post before you make any judgements.

When I play this game I have no intention of trolling. But certain factors make it impossible to take this game seriously. So I'm going to explain why I troll because Riot really needs to see this.

This game lags horribly for me. I know it's not me. It is my connection with Riot. I don't lag on any other game and my computer can run games way more demanding than this game.

The lag is extremely annoying. I come to play this game to relax. I should not be getting even more frustrated trying to play the game and losing to people who I know 100% are worse than me( yes I know this sounds like I'm suffering from Dunning Kruger, but I am well aware of the Dunning Kruger effect and I have gotten 10 times better at this game since I first learned about it. But lag makes it impossible to play your best) Then I get trash talked by them. Which makes it even more infuriating.

So yesterday I was extremely angry because the game was lagging horribly. One of the worst I've ever had playing any game ever. At one point I was autoattacking a Vayne from 10 feet away(as zed) and I couldn't move until she died. I have no idea what was going on. For a crazy glitch like that to happen there must have been an insane amount of lag.

So then I end up getting in a verbal argument with the other team. And they are trash talking me also. Saying things like "no you're not lagging. you just suck". Which makes me even more angry that I'm getting trash talked by people that I should be able to easily beat. (I still ended up going like 10/10 that match while my team had 3 people with double amount of deaths than they did kills. I'm saying that just to prove that yes they actually were worse than me and it's amazing I even pulled that score off considering how bad I was lagging and how heavy my team was.)

So they're antagonizing me while I'm already infuriated and not in a stable state of mind to think clearly which causes me to get even more angry and say even more bad things. And they do this on purpose because they have all decided to report me and they know my one report isn't going to hurt them.(They admitted to this. You can read this in the chat, Riot) Which is exactly what happened. I got banned almost instantly. (Btw this is online bullying and it is not OK for you to allow this to happen Riot.)

And yes I know this isn't the only game I have been reported recently in. But it's also not the only game that I have been lagging in. This type of thing happens all the time. My behavior will not get better because I will always be frustrated with the lag on this game. I admit that my actions are party my fault. But they are also partly Riot's fault and they need to admit that or they are no better than me. People do irrational things when they are angry. And Riot is causing me to lag. And lag is extremely infuriating especially in a competitive game and when people trash talk you when you are lagging. This lag needs to be fixed. Riot made like $1 billion dollars last year. Nobody should be lagging on this game.

I honestly would have no problem with this game if I wasn't lagging all the time. If you look at my chat logs from all of my games, Riot. You will find that most of the time that I get angry and start cursing is when I am lagging. I know cussing is against the rules. But this lag is so infuriating it's a lot less harmful for me to take my anger out in chat than to take it is to take it out in real life. I have anger issue because I have been molested as a child and bullied. The extant of my mental injuries is so great that the only time I can leave my house is to get groceries and I am currently waiting for disability. I hate my life and I want to kill myself. (A warning to anybody that wants to make fun of this in the comments. I am 100% serious so please don't say anything negative or I'm asking Riot to permanently ban you because this is a serious matter.)

I have been playing this game since season 1. I'm one of the original players. I have helped make this game rise to the greatness that it is today. For me to have spent so much time in this game only to be hurt by the company that makes it just so they can save a little bit of money on servers is disgusting(which is probably the thing that hurts me the most.) So please do me a favor and lift this ban so the trolls/bullies that got me banned do not win. And please do your best to look into and fix this lag I am having so this doesn't happen again and I can continue to play this game that I used to love without being toxic. I have Time Warner cable if that helps. And thank you for reading this post through it's entirety.

I wanted to facepalm reading this. If you really are a S1 player you should know better than to play on a crappy connection.

LeaverBuster isn't new. It has been in place since S1 and has never been part of the behavioral/Tribunal systems. They've even removed Leaving/AFK from the report opions, since there is no need for players to report it.

I'm sorry about your past and sincerly hope you can get the help you need.

But trying to play when you know you are likely to lag, and you know that lag can be a trigger for you seems like it's counterproductive to getting healthy.

Post the reform card. But there is never an excuse for being toxic. You need to be held accountable for the things you say so if you have had a history of being toxic you likely deserve whatever punishment you received.

After rereading the OP and some of the other posts, I'd like to make some other suggestions:

  1. Check if your ISP is one of Riot's roadmap partners. If they are, then they should be routing you to one of the hubs by the most efficient route. If they aren't, start bugging them to make a deal.

  2. Run your antivirus/antimalware and then CCleaner to get rid of extraneous files. Also, check your list of background processes and any webpages for things that are stealing resources. For example: I can have Pandora running with LoL, but I have to close out of Kongregate if I don't want that constant lag stutter.

  3. Time. Some times of the day just seem to be worse than others. I've learned to be careful about playing at home during the 2300-0030 range because that's when I seem most likely to hit a bad spike.

  4. Use Customs to troubleshoot. It's not a matchmade format, so it's not monitored by LeaverBuster. You cam use it to get game logs to submit to get help with solving your problems.

  5. Post to the Help and Support boards. There are people over there who have much better tecnical advice than I do.

Anyway, I hope you can get this figured out and cand start enjoying yourself in game again.

Lag isn't a reason to tilt. Getting flamed on shouldn't be a reason to tilt.

And your own mental issues are your own. WE ARE NOT YOUR COUNSELLOR OR PSYCHIATRIST OR PSYCHOLOGISTS here.

We didn't ask for your childhood backstory and I don't think anyone needs it...you know of the trolls in the community and what they'll do with information like that.

Here's a suggestion, If you really love League and respect the game...Take a week off from here.

If you were seeking sympathy, it's in the dictionary between shit and syphillis.

I don't understand why players get banned for "Intentional Feeding" Just because they are going on a Tilt, I can understand if a player flames others in chat, but if a player feeds some games because they are forced into a role with someone who has no idea what they are doing and do badly Riot shouldn't punish the games especially with the amount of time I have personally taken in my own support ticket should obviously prove that as a player I obviously did not want to tilt as bad as I did, and I have been playing League OF Legends for an awfully long time too.

Keep in mind that players who get banned for Intentional Feeding get no reform card, and no chance to prove we were not Intentionally feeding which I think is unjust given the fact last season I had some days where I did bad too and never got banned, I could also Understand a 2 week ban or a warning for doing as poorly as I did in the most but a Perm-ban come on.

However you want to keep in mind not to respond to toxic comments, or say things like you suck, threaten reports, any type of harassment in general can result in you getting banned from League.

You might want to try an appeal with Riot in a support ticket, and check out Help & Support section for your lag issues, However good luck with Riot Support I haven't had any luck so far.

One of my games didn't even load and I was stuck on the loading screen for fifteen minuets. I thought it was just players not loading but apparently it was on my end. I looked to see if I was still connected to the internet and I was. I looked to see if my firewalls or anything else was blocking the game and nothing was. I just exited out of the game and came back and it loaded for me. The problem is my team snowballed so badly that me coming back did absolutely nothing. I apologized to them and I don't think any of them reported me. The funny thing is that someone on the enemy team did not load either. I think there is a problem with their servers or a bug in the recent patch. I have never had many dc or afk problems. I posted in the bug section of the boards. I went as far as to contact my internet provider and they told me it was nothing on their end. It is Riot.

You're basically requesting a ban reverted over you getting angry at things people tell you and then you being toxic in return, I don't think that's how the system works.

Also your Lag issue is your own problem, hell, I play at a very decent ping and I don't even live in USA.

Lag doesn't allow toxicity. This is your fault, and you deserve every bit of it. I lag too, pretty hard even, and what keeps me from being banned is that I don't take it out on other players.

You have a shitty internet provider/speed as well as a shit computer. Dont blame others bc your broke ass cant afford the finer things in life.
