Question for rioters

Now that you plan to make a fps game ,and do multiple games, i think is the right moment to ask Riot , how they will work to assure quality in every game ,regarding players behaviour ,and abuses....

In my opinnion , Riot mistaken so much with permanent bans for chat problems ,while a permanent chat ban ,without to offer acces to the guy in that case to write chat and read chat , would sound so healthy and easy to deal with toxicity. I know now that many people will stand behind this and say but they tryed this , and you will tell me a reason , so listen close the whole point.

So basically when you get 4 th step of punishment , you are free to choose if you want your account permanent banned ,or you want your chat rights to be permanently suspended ,most of you are concerned that once someone is chat banned , he will run into affecting games throught grief/troll , back when Riot tested limited chat messages punishments ,there wasn't the current ping system , beside that everyone who see someone to grief/trolll throught not helping them lane , can do a report for being grief by jungler or anything else ... , or use pings to ask for help .

I am sure no one will ever run into getting permanent chat ban ,and then just starting to ruin games ,knowing that his account after the permanent chat ban is closely under observation if the player in case adapt to play without chat correctly and fair ,without disturbing games with grief/troll attitude.

The point is that when you ban someone permanent over his account , you just do harm his personality , not helping him at all to be a better player and better behaving if he chose to return and play another account , beside that it takes quit a long time to actually develop the ability to stay calm and tolerate lot's of negative behaviours around . So if they don't have a lv30 account , they buy it , or make a new one ,that's not like the player who got his account permanent banned is motivated to be more kind and appreciate that he got permanent banned for smallest stuffs he can say or from some good reasons as he got really toxic ,cause i seen people to get bans from stuffs who are slighty negative , without to insult anyone in any way possible.

The whole point behinde those changes , is not useless what do i ask here ,is because i want Riot to share them time on fixing and improving the system which works against troll gameplay and grief ,etc... . Some of you will don't drop the fact that you can revenge over someone who was toxic ,throught banning his account using Riot current punishment system , i don't think that if community is verbal abused somehow , means that we should just report and revenge over some people throught banning them account eventually if they don't succed to stop , but the point here , is not about having mercy , i don't get how people can live so simple knowing that there are people who loss money into them accounts and which will may return and harm others ,if they just got harm by Riot throught a permanent banned account . The thinghs should be neutral , no one should suffer ,neither people who get flamed , neither people who flame , because that would make this game evolve to a better shape ,to a better condition , without that much negativity , and would give Riot more chances to develop and work on projects they should .

Hope i open this subject , because is how do i see thinghs , in my own opinnion , banning someone account permanent , dosn't remove him from the game , neither makes him to become over night a totally normal player who behave nice and will not remember the fact he got a permanent account banned , or that he invested money into his account , and got banned from non sense reasons sometimes etc... ,i seen such cases of non sense punishments , no everyone who reach permanent ban is indeed most toxic player.

We basicly had perma chat bans with stacking chat restrictions. People had thousands of games which basicly was the perma chatban. This resulted in an increase in gameplay toxicity (trolling/inting) since they couldnt flame their teammates anymore. This is harder to detect since toxicity can be automated through a bot. I´d rather have people that get to the perma point removed from the game than still there and muted. Having a perma muted teamate also puts one team at a disadvantage.

I think it all depends on how the games are promoted. Are they free to play or do you have to buy them?

Free to play, I think permanetly banning a player is perfectly fine. Any money they spent was optional for cosmetics.

When it comes to paid games, I think one needs to be mroe careful. While there hasn't been too much stink about games license for digital games that I am aware of; I think there is a line for them. If the gane has both online and offline, banning from online would be fine as long as offline didn't suffer.

I can wrap my head around this, but a question I have is why go out of the way to keep people who clearly have bad attitudes in the game? People with chronic chat problems clearly do not have the maturity to handle a team-based competitive game. I think it improves the overall experience for all players if they are kicked out of the game, and I don't really understand the incentive to try and keep them playing.
