Dear Riot,

I had suffered a fatal error on my computer at the start of the match and I had to restart my computer. By the time i had gotten back online, my team had decided to remake the game (understandable). Because of this, I was placed into a low priority queue for 5 games. I would like to ask for you to repeal this punishment, as it was not my fault and was out of my control. I understand if you do not repeal this, as I have left games before due to poor planning of time on my part. Thank you for your consideration, and Have a good weekend

They can't really check to see if a disconnect was intentional or not. Since unplugging the internet from your computer would give the same signs on their end as a fatal computer error.

You have to realize it doesn't really matter if you afk due to your fault or not. I mean you don't have to, but it would be helpful.
