General question about Banning

Hello there, I’ve just been suspended for 14 days after I died 18 times in a game as Sion support. So the midlander convinced all the teammates to report me through sending a ticket to the support and that’s how I got banned. It may seem I was inting and I have no way to justify myself, but I was legitimately trying to win till the end. You can check my kda and I die a lot that’s normal for me + I’m play rank player who actually takes games seriously. I often see post about how riot doesn’t ban players who legitimately int as long as they are not toxic and , and players that int hundreds of games before getting banned, but no let’s ban this guy who was having a bad game and intend 1 time through his 7 years of playing the game. I’ve never been toxic.this really sucks. But ehy is that possible that some players who may have connections in some way can get other players banned? One of the players said: just report him, he will get banned for sure and after that he told me : just wait and you will see, you will get a 14 days suspension or a permaban surely. Feel free to criticize me or give me any kind of opinion.

This is 100% false. Gameplay offenses and chat offenses are handled completely differently, and as you found out, gameplay offenses have a more manual component to how punishments are handed out. If a Riot support employee reviewed your game based on tickets people sent in and punished you for griefing/intentional feeding, then it's very likely you were doing that.

Okay, so you probably should submit a support ticket if you want to contest a punishment. Just from a quick glance of the match there are some oddities which could have flagged it.

First, for a support your first item was Tiamat, into a Titanic Hydra. Then you started to build towards a Sterak's. Sold your support item at like 24 minutes (game was about 28). Bought Full boots (no boots prior) at 26 minutes.

Now, yes, you are free to build what you feel is best, but this was still unusual for a Sion support. I'm willing to hop onto my Euw account when I get home to watch the replay, but that may confirm what I think happened.

Also, 14 day is the first punishment for gameplay offenses. Regardless of past history.

I'm not in your region so I can't watch your game to make a judgement.

If you want Riot to get human eyes on your game to make a second judgement call then you'll likely need to submit a support ticket.

After reviewing your game -- the ban was indeed justified. You trolled that game and essentially gave up. You also have enough game knowledge to not simply blame it on being new.

Another infraction like this and your account will be permanently removed from the game.

"But no lets ban this guy who was having a bad game and intend 1 time..." what do you mean? Intend, or inted? You inted one time? Because thats enough to get a punishment for inting. It doesnt matter how many deaths you give. One intentional death is considered intentional feeding. But you said intend 1 time, so im not sure if thats what you meant or not.
