Should we start identifying and denouncing publically Win traders?
I've seen quite a lot on LAS server.
2 years ago this wasn't a problem. but nowadays the toxicity is nothing compared to this corruption...
Opinions?

In the past, win trading punishments are handed out during the end of the ranked season.
I'd send your evidence to https://support.riotgames.com and get them to investigate.
i would stay away from the whole "denounce publicly" thing, name and shame is against forum rules
