Will I get banned permanently even if i stop being toxic for a long time?

So, i already got 2 chat restrictions and a 14 day ban. I really wanna keep my account and the skins i've spent money on. I'm not really toxic and negative, but I called my teammates out and got mad ingame writing stuff such as "uninstall the game please; no one needs u trash inters; u fkin suck; etc... in a few rankeds, where one, or more members of my team fed, or even trolled/inted. I just got mad, but I'm not the classical "toxic teammate" that starts crying when a laner dies. i try to be positive, but i can't. and the thing is, i get trollers and inters, call them out for that and I get punished.

So i just promised to myself that i will just ignore those trolls and stop typing stuff like that ingame. no more swear words, etc, because i don't wanna lose my progress. If I stop being "toxic" for a long time, will i get back to chat restriction if I do something wrong, or will i get straight permabanned.

As you know, riot gives u 2 chat restrictions, a 2 week ban and then a perma ban. so if something happens and i get reported (with like a few months without toxicity in between), will it be a permaban?

Yes and no.

You CAN drop punishment tiers in time. By time I mean games played.

Months doesn't matter if you only play 10 games during that period. Assume after your honor is unlocked that you still need 600 more games of positive behavior to drop back to the point you would be given a 14 day ban again. Then another 600 to drop more.

I say 600 because there isn't a set in stone number for it. Being positive in chat can actually speed up the amount of time to improve though. If you ha e never done it, consider recording your voice while you play. Anytime you get upset, say it out loud inatead of typing. Then listen to yourself. It can be a humbling experience since many of us aren't aware of how we act.

The "standard" amount of time it takes to deescalate a punishment tier is three to six months, with regular play. Most tend towards the three month mark.

I put "standard" in quotes because it's entirely dependent upon your actions.

It's never worth it to tell a teammate off for their mistakes.

See this thread for some more in-depth advice on how not to get busted again:

Good luck with your account, I hope that you will be able to improve and avoid a perma.

I've seen some time frames quoted as 3 months to get your account back into good standing. That's an average though, but you should think of improving your behavior as a long term thing. You'll improve even if you don't say anything in chat. Best of luck to you.

People can drop in tiers if they can handle their temper and self-control. But I don't think you can. Not from how you described your toxicity, because that is EXTREME toxicity. So no, you are really toxic.

You'll likely hit the 4th tier quite quickly. Because even if you take a break from League, your punishment tier will be right where you left off.

You can, but it can potentially take years to drop down from where you're at.

You have to play a lot of games without doing anything wrong to drop from the step you're at to the next lowest one. The others are a much lower threshold, though.

Keep work at it, though! I believe in you! :3

Your next consequence will be a permaban. You want off the naughty list, youll have to play the equivalent of ten games a day for 9-12 months being a paragon of virtue
