Permanent ban for third party software....I never used any of any kind this is 100% mistake.

Hello, I have been playing on the same account for like 10 years without a single ban of any kind. Last night i was playing some URF for fun and did not think much...until today i get on again to have fun on URF and find my account permanent banned apparently for third party software. I do not use any kind of third party software of any kind this is completely wrong, not sure if its mistake. Only software i run on background is Dicord/Steam/Windows defender and firewall and malwarebytes anti malware. I honestly do not have anything else opened and have certainly not cheated or used anything agaisnt the rules (i also have new launcher from LoL). What can i do about this ban? i am honestly banned for no reason at all. What actions can i take now and have this reversed.

Any information is appreciated.

Was unbanned, account was indeed compromised and had matches i didn't play. thank you for advice on ticket and thank you RIOT for quick response.

There is generally nothing anyone on the forum can do for you. All you can do is send a ticket to riot https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us explaining the situation and wait for them to get back to you.

Check your match history and see if you spot any recent games that you know were not you. There's been a high amount of people who've had their accounts stolen and banned because the other person cheated.

If you have games that were not you, let support know that your account was compromised.

Here is image of message, this breaks my heart as i have sooooo much hours spend on this account and money given to riot and have always followed the rules. This is a complete mistake as i don't use any third party softwares of any kind in any shape or form.

I just received the same ban today...

I was able to login earlier in the day but was having issues with being unable to play ranked due to something about my account info not loading and that i should relaunch the client, i tried multiple times but to no avail. I came back a couple hours later to find that ban message... The only thing i can think of atm is that i had some issue with razer synapse software and then again with windows update 1903 in which i would get a black login screen that kept reappearing even when closed.

Hopefully my account get resolved quickly as well.

Got banned for the same thing. Talked to support last night and so far nothing for 18 hours. I am super nervous because I spent money on this account and saved up world pass tokens for the new Qiyana skin :/ RITO pls help me soon
