Just got put into an AFO match with 3 kids queued together who are "so drunk I keep passing out while playing". One just quit because "he's too drunk to play any longer" Meanwhile the other 2 are just dying in lane because "I keep passing out" How can I be perma banned for asking a kid if he's knows how to play, But kids can jump into matches like this, talk like this, even say these things, and once again ruin someones match and waste our time, but will continue to be allowed to play. This game is seriously beoming bullshit and needs to stop catering to trolls.

Because most of the people that claim they are drunk while playing probably aren't. Even if they were Riot can't ban someone for drinking and playing their game. Best you can do is report them if it fits and move on to the next game.
