Yes. Riot, out of tens of millions of players, has singled you, one player, out for harassment.
Or, more likely, your account was a victim of attempted hacking, and when you contact Riot Support they will help you recover it. Or, there was an RP purchase on your account which was disputed and thus Riot banned your account until such time as you repay the balance. Or, your account was subject to a manual suspension for toxicity, and the client, for some reason, can't display the chat logs.

Haven't bought RP in years since asking teammaes who intentionally feed to stop feeding or play more defensive was considered reportable and now apparently bannable.

Anyway, since most people rather remain negative towards me and my circumstance, does anyone mind sending a message to my friend? I was booted from game during champ select. If you can't open your client, the first thing you should do is run the Hextech Repair tool, it might be able to resolve the issue. Also, if you feel the account has been suspended in error you can contact Riot Support by submitting a support ticket. They might be able to shed some light. DW bro, this happened to me. During worlds I was banned and was not told anything. It turns out that I was using an Unauthorised credit card which they banned me and didn't want to explain how I did something I didn't do. I dont buy anything in any game it's a waste of money. Im still sad I didn't get my Kha'zix border :( thanks riot
if you cannot open client, that is a technical issue, or you were a victim of hacking.
