Guy Legitimately flamed me all game for not performing up to his "standards" in ARAM. I did report him post game, and apparently he reported me. And I get banned. Ridiculous. Is that it now Rito? No ones allowed to defend themselves? Just suffer in silence? If he insults me I have to take it on the chin and shut up? Insannnnne.

You are no better when you counterflame the person who is flaming you. Two wrongs don't make it right. Just use the mute+report instead of engaging in a pointless argument like this.

Also asking for reports is pointless, since 1 report is already enough to trigger an investigation.

Did you notice the part where you didn't enjoy him flaming you, and threatened to report him to Riot for the things he said? That looks a lot like you were looking to #smotheringmother to protect you.

Defend yourself. Mute. Or, you can say something to the effect of, "You are incorrect in your assessment of the situation." It sounds kinda silly, but if you really want to defend yourself, then go right ahead.

If you want to hit back, don't use words. When you get into a flame war, you are encouraging the other person to continue. If you don't enjoy what someone is doing, don't help them get their rocks off during it. That will just incentivize their behavior. What you should do, is report them. This 14 day ban you just received will hurt for longer than the words they used, right? Use the same tactic. Hit them in the account. It's their weak spot.

I think the issue is, we don't see what the dude was saying to you in the first place. All the peeps down here are seeing is you clearly harassing someone. It might have been justified... but people aren't very smart and probably don't realize there is another person doing something on the other end of this.

Also, maybe the other dude was suspended to. ya never know
