Better dont ask, how i made it all the way down to honor level 0...
But seriously.. is it really true that u HAVE TO WIN games to progress in your honor level? i get honors every game but I lose a lot, because I only play ranked... how should i ever come out of this hell..
edit: it took me about 2 months to get to Honor level 0, checkpoint 2. Thats not fair isnt it.. My behaviour is really better than back in the days ..
You don't have to win games, but you have to be neutral / behavior to progress in honors. If you get validly reported, it will put your honors progress to a screeching halt.
I suggest avoiding things that count as minor toxicity such as having a defeatist attitude (saying stuff like "gg, I'm done. Afk") or threatening / calling for reports.
Just play and don't have any sort of negative/toxic behavior in game.
Also maybe take a break from ranked for a bit, less stress on you.

there is no way to get back to level 2 after being punished a first time
riot lies and pays people to post here about their "success stories" but its impossible
the reason is they'd rather you make a new account and spend money all over again just to get shit you already EARNED, like gold tier champion and skin.
