Riot, it's high time to issue the ultimate zero tolerance policy

I am very far beyond sick and tired of game after game of people who refuse to play or who give up before the fountain barrier has a chance to drop. I am very far beyond sick and tired of the End the League members sabotaging one game after another in an attempt to force League to close its doors to perpetuate their own sick sense of misery and despair. I'm tired of it all.

Issue the ultimate zero tolerance policy. Someone decides to have a bad game, someone brags about how tilted they are, someone goes AFK, someone announces that they quit, that's it for them, forever. Instant, absolute, immediate IP permaban. No chance of appeal or repeal. One strike and they are out forever.
