Mastery points in load in screen

Why are mastery points available to see in the load in screen did you guys not take borders off to avoid people being camped? I get camped every game i play on draven or flamed every time i dont do well as i have alot of points on the champ. What is the purpose of being able to see it in the loading screen. I can see none as i dont love to mute my teammates and opponents but see no other way to avoid the issue. Very huge tilter if thats the right word. If it was only on my profile they would have to watse their own time after to check and then have to add me to flame me avoiding the whole problem. I dont play ranked with him as just camped the entire time and now it happens in normals. Just wondering why we need it. Like sure show m7 mastery but whys it gotta show the amount of points .

So what? Should they just remove the mastery system entirely then? What's the point of having it if it's only going to show on your profile?

If they remove the mastery points, then they'll have to remove the mastery banner/badge as well since people will then come crying, "The enemy team keeps camping me because they can see that I'm mastery 7. Remove that so they stop camping me."

Seeing someones points honestly means nothing. I have 133,695 points on Lux, does that mean I'm good with her? No. I miss her snare quite a bit, or her ult on a stationary target. But if people are going to target me because I have a higher amount of points then someone else when I'm only mastery 5, then okay. I'll let my lanes that are doing fine due to my jungler helping those lanes carry me through the early game.

mastery points is not the problem....but yes giving players the option to NOT SHOW ANYTHING or what THEY WANT TO in loading screen would be better

for me it's foolish people who insult me because of my summoner lvl.... riot was warned bullies would use these info to bully others, by camping, insulting, team targetting people only because high or low amount of masterypoint/rank/summoner lvl...but nah it's a COOL FEATURE!
