How to motivate your team to try in ranked que (bronze)

I get many teammates who say that they don't care about this ranked game. Or they use the fact that it is bronze to not try. "It's just bronze no one cares" I have been playing league for 4 years now, and I know I am better than bronze ELO. I can always improve and get better than I was yesterday, but I feel that I can't improve in LOL any more as long as I am in bronze ELO. All of the tips in champion and gameplay guides I apply to my game, but they will not translate into game if I am the only one in bronze who really wants to get better. I have a subscription to pro guides also and use there guides to help me improve. Can someone give me some tips on how to motivate my team in bronze 3 to put effort in to winning at LOL?
