Reason of "moderation"

Before you ask. No i never was punished for it. But when the diamond one player gets a 700 chat ban, then he just makes new account and *ks up a couple dozens games during the reclimbing. But beyond that i don't really understand why we even need this? We can block communication with anyone at any time. Why should we ban a good, but toxic player, if people can simply ignore him? It's not like, that i can punch people through the monitor, and if someone kills himself, because another player was toxic, then there is a problem in their head too.

I would rather put report option for not using main, and even punish it ON RANKED! To ranked you should do your best. It's not for first time champion trying, or experimenting. It's purely for winning the match.
