Did you know....
Words are NOT behavior.

Actions are behavior. "Player behavior" is about what you DO in game, not what you say. Do your job in game, and don't bitch about criticism.

I mean, that's an opinion you can have obviously, but I doubt it's shared by many. It's certainly not shared by me, as choosing when and how to communicate is an action, at least as you define it. That makes it a behavior.
It's also not an opinion shared by Riot, seeing as how they ban for both speech and in-game actions like feeding.
Behavior involves what you say as much as it involves what you do.
Perhaps people take issue with your criticism because your delivery is poor? 'Cause, fun fact; people don't respond well to destructive criticism, and they tend to respond much better to constructive criticism.
Weird, because I definitely remember getting in trouble for saying things I wasn't supposed to growing up. Maybe you should go tell this to all parents and teachers.
This quote is often [mis]attributed to Warren Buffett. The point of the quote is that if you can't mentally suppress your emotional response to criticism, that is YOUR problem, not the other person's.
Well, I think you got it about one-third correct, maybe a little less.
If I squirt water in your face, you're going to blink. That's an automatic reaction. Similarly, if I say things to you, you're going to have an emotional response. That's the whole point of language, really. Language exists to express all sorts of ideas, not just cold facts. If you say anything in-game more than "their Vayne is 30 CS and an item ahead, play safe", then your're allowing your emotions to control your behavior.
I'm never going to see you again in game, with any luck, so you deserve the bare minimum of my attention to fix your stupidity long enough to win the game.
This is exactly what I'm talking about. A person who is in control of themselves has no need to speak this way. A person who is solely focused on winning knows that bringing down team cohesiveness and morale increases the chance of loss. Most of the time, when people yell or carry on, it's because they want to feel in control. They want to feel like they have some sort of power over the situation.
What I try to teach people is that no emotion is wrong. It's what you do with those emotions that counts. That doesn't mean sucking it up when someone is abusing you. It's about making smart, healthy choices over the long haul. What you're describing is neither smart nor healthy.
You're also advocating a fundamentally unfair philosophy. When someone comes at me, I have no obligation to endure the abuse. I can - and have - bailed on games where people were being toxic. I have this luxury because leaving is not my go-to solution and Leaverbuster has no clue who I am. So, this notion that trying to express the perfect stoic ideal is the correct response to being attacked is pretty garbage. You don't get to demand that other people tolerate your nonsense. Ever.
Typing in chat isnt an action? Its what then?
It's a verb. AKA, an action. https://gyazo.com/18ccb6be0e1163f511ba3471c4b77e84

The definition of "behavior" does not exclude typed or spoken words. A student that constantly insults another student would be considered to have poor behavior for example.
