Perm Ban, Questions regarding

Apparently, Wooxy which is the only 3rd party application i use for LoL is the reason I got banned. That is bullshit because I want a HD Map skin instead of a Low Quality PoS Map Skin.

ll start by saying this I use Wooxy for custom map(Like Winter Map) and HUD, I also use Curse Voice however, I have been reading that CV is "allowed" unless they mention it will be a ban able offense. So I went on a league binge for about 16hrs straight playing and on my final game which sucks because I lost I was declared banned for using Third Party Software to exploit the game. This is the part where I am awestruck, How was I having an unfair advantage I gain no advantage from Wooxy except eye candy. Now I believe i was banned because of how fast i climbed in a day since i have been reading about others that got banned for that. At like 7am yesterday(still awake since 9am the day before yesterday) I was demoted from S4 100LP to S5 50LP. I got really pissed so i said fuck it whats the harm if I get demoted to bronze whatever. I got really lucky and actually had decent non troll teams and rised to S3 20LP at about 8pm. Now the kicker I got an email from Riot stating at 8:30pm I was Perm Ban.

Now the description used for the ban doesn't tell me exactly what I was banned for when initially in my email it said for using Third Party Programs to Exploit the game. This reply turns that into a bunch of subcategory gibberish not fully answering to my concern of what was the cause. I am not asking for specifics in a sense that tell me exactly when how and what occurred. I want to know which category I was banned for not some elusive post disregarding that.

That other weird thing is I have another account tied to my main which is my smurf and my smurf is not banned? If i was supposedly breaking the rules and yes I do play my smurf on occasion but since ranked kicked back in motion I've been grinding that while I am able too until I have to go back to work in April. Run on sentence, however, why wouldn't my smurf be banned for the same reason?? Hence I am utterly confused.

Now everyone is going to say well you deserved the ban but league isn't a game where you have to cheat to be better it doesn't work like that. League to me is fun and competitive, I may get angry and salty at a 12 lose streak which almost made me want to break my keyboard but I also thought I should play better and not make as many mistakes as i did. I want to be a better league player and that is why I am putting the effort into grinding and grinding to get better and to learn. Cheating would make all of that pointless. That's my belief.
