Just got permanently banned for no reason lol

So I tried to log in on this account today, to see that I had been permanently banned for some reason. They are supposed to send you an email explaining the situation and why you were banned, I received no such email. On top of that, I rarely ever play on this account, maybe once every month or so, maybe more. So I have literally no idea why I would be banned. Absolutely ridiculous. I don't even talk in my games, I mute everyone at the start of the games, just listen to music, and play. That's it. Riot needs to fix this ASAP.

If you were hacked, and hacker was using your account to do dishonest things, Riot will lock your account for security pruposes.

I feel you man because I scripted in one custom game 2 years ago, and it crashed the moment I got in game, but for some reason my computer won't give me access to uninstall it or manually erase the files. Now every account is a ticking time bomb, and I have 4 banned accounts for it. I swear I've never scripted since that one game, but 500$ of money down the drain, many riot support tickets, and 3 suicide attempts later, and they won't even give me the time of day to try and fix it. I just keep getting the same "We have reviewed the misconduct on your accounts and believe that the charges were fairly made" Just got my fourth account banned by leaving it on when I went on a weekend trip to Georgia, and came back to a "Player Banned" message. Thanks riot for all the times you screwed me for no reason.

I got hacked last year, and the hacker was spamming my friends, I contacted Riot, they emailed me questions relating to the account, once i answered them they put my account on permanent suspension for a couple days to make sure the hacker or whatever didn't do anything bad to it, I got my account back when I checked in through email. So yea, I think it's just for security/protection :/
