So this sucks, watching match history and seeing someone has gotten my login details and played 2 games 30th of August and got me banned. I had spent quite much money on this account, is there any way Riot can help me on this? Maybe look at IP's or login country?
Really sucks this, wanted to get home from work now and play with some friends again, haven't played since 5th of May according to match history...

Format your computers and use a password you don't use anywhere else :)
If the ban is due to scripting/3rd party software, the account is most likely completely dead. I haven't seen an acc that has been recovered post-ban yet.
Dude i have the same problem 6 days ago, someone hacked my account and actually managed to get me banned, i think riots players data base has been breached, they said that they can't guarantee that the ban will be lifted all though my Karma (chat log) is clean for the past 3 years, now I'm punished for something i have never done and still waiting for them to fix my issue
We ask you please to check if the player database has been hacked, this can not be a coincidence, i have exactly the same problem we are both EUW, we both wasted ton of money, time.... Please someone help us with this, i understand your feelings man, hope you get your account, and i hope that our dear rioters try to find a fair solution
