Since that chat log seems to be missing a lot of the indicators that are normally present when you directly copy ("Game 1:", "In-Game"), I'm a bit suspicious that those are the only logs given to you.
Regardless, it looks like you gave up in your chat. It also seems like you very recently were off a 2-week ban. You're on extremely thin ice when you're recently off the 14-day ban. Would I think that this was enough to land yourself another punishment? It's iffy, but as I said it's suspicious that your logs are leaving off things that are normally there.
Can you post a screen-shot of the logs?
If those are really the only logs, then what the hell Riot.

No those chat logs alone are not worth a permaban. That leads me to believe that you've had many violations that have resulted in punishments in the past. Consistently showing disregard for the rules, is worth a permaban.
