Smurfs in Bronze

So sick of playing smurfs in bronze. And some are not even smurfs too often you would be playing vs a gold that has duo with a bronze. Then you get abused when you lose to this smurf. Played a game where I was Karth and I was vs a yas and he was able to dodge all my q's and able to poke under the turret without taking damage. How is this a fair scaling system when there are more plat and diamond smurfs playing then in the higher division. When on the N/A server I found it a lot easier to climb the ladder when season 2 ended i was in my gold promo. Next season started and my motherboard died and lost a season due to it. After i got the computer going again i started climbing the ladder again but due to the server move i was unable to play on the server any more and had to move to the OCE servers. When i came to this server i had to place again and won 9/10 and thought should be easy but it placed me in B2. "which i thought was a bit dodgy" but after those 10 games i was struggling to climb the ladder again just kept losing. It was like everyone was a smurf and i could not do anything right. They could just dodge all my skill shots. I know the skill level would be a little different but not to the point that it felt like i was B5 playing in gold. And that was only B3.
