Perma Ban Appeal

Dear Riot,

I got perma ban, and I know that I was a toxic player for some reason. I was fighting against trolls and enemy team who were being also toxic to me. I could've simply turn off the all chat and ignore. They totally ruined our game and show me extremely no manner so I was so mad. I couldn't control my feelings so I start to fight with them and being so toxic. It's all my fault but Its too late for me to notice that I already got a perma ban. I realize that the bad words can hurt not only person who I fought with, but it interferes other players too. I keep want to play league and if you give me one more chance, I will try my best to become a clean player..

Unfortunately I can't bring great news. Riot does not unban accounts that were permabanned for toxicity. While there are very rare exceptions (I can recall maybe...five?), that's entirely at the discretion of Player Support, and likely in situations that were already very borderline and showed considerable improvement with a final punishment that just barely crossed the line.

Your best bet, if you wish to continue playing, would be to create a new account. The chance to "try my best to become a clean player" was, sadly, after the punishments prior to your permanent ban.

riot already gave you 3 chances to stop being toxic. a 4th one won't make a difference as far as they're concerned. you now have two choices: make a new account and try to be true to your words or find something else to occupy your time with

If Riot properly punished you for being toxic, that's the end of the road. Riot says properly issued punishments aren't lifted.

This little quote here where you admit you were toxic is why you won't get unbanned. You inadvertently admitted Riot properly issued you a behavioral punishment.
