If this guy got banned on TWO accounts, I don't think he needs to be back.Hell, if he really wanted to come back he'd make another account like he did the first time. It sucks that he's probably wasted a lot of RP on theses accounts, but he should of listened to warnings. He know what could happen when he got the warnings on the second one and kept up his ways when he had a chance to stop when he saw these warnings.
