Question about bans

So I got permanently banned today but with only one warning. I'm kinda confused and really really upset. I know I deserved it, but I didnt get any more warning or chat restrictions.

You can be escalated for particularly nasty behavior. Was your previous punishment a 2 week ban? Because if so that is your last warning there are no chat restrictions after that.

somtimes punishment tiers get skiped? can you post your chatlogs then we might be able to tell you why
