To recap i was talking shit to the zac who was in my duoq and voice comms. hes a friend i know in REAL LIFE. The reason i was typing in chat is because we were also playing with his friend that he knows from real life and she wasnt part of the league voice comms but she was talking to my friend (the zac) on discord which i wasnt a part of. so whatever i spoke aloud to my friend (the zac) i typed it in chat so the third person knew what i was saying.

I know the punishment system is run by a robot but is it possible for this to have been dealt with differently given the situation? Also can we get a voice comms review? Also when i was chatting in game its prety obvious im talking to someone else i know irl because i didnt mention a summoners name or the champion they were on, it looked like i was talking to myself.

If you take a cell phone call in the middle of a restaurant and proceed to talk loudly with a bunch of racist/homophobic language, are you gonna be surprised if you're kicked out?

No. It is not.

If you are using public chat, you are subject to League's rules for conduct in public.

If you wish to behave differently, use private message or voice comms.

So, you were part of a trio queue - if you were playing Summoner's Rift or ARAM, then you would've had two people who weren't part of your group, who would simply have seen you badmouthing your teammates.

Next time, either make sure that there are no randoms amongst the group, or make sure that whatever "shittalk" you have is outside of the League chat.

Just because you know 2 of them, doesn't mean the other 2 aren't strangers and don't know you are talking to your friend.

I'm 99% sure your punishment will not be revoked, since Rito support is a joke, and they take chat the most seriously in the game. Unlucky, but you should learn to not use chat, since if you use it, even for bantering with a real life friend, you will get punished.
