Has anyone hit Honor level 3 yet?

as a support main I rarely get honored.

Not as far as I'm aware. I believe they said that it's not something that should take days or weeks to obtain. It's supposed to be a process over the course of months.

I hope its not 50+ games......that's lot when you are starting from the 1/2 way point (give or take a week or two) of the season.
