14 day ban for toxicity but no pre-warning from RIOT?

I was recently banned from playing on my account for 14 days after having played a game of league of legends. The fact that I was toxic proves that the ban is reasonable, however in every ban for toxicity RIOT tends to send out a message to the summoner to warn them that they need to keep it cool or face the consequences. In this scenario I was never given a warning from RIOT and therefore was banned with no warning prior to my ban that day. I was never even emailed personally which makes me think about why this is still ok.

But thats the problem, for me, this is not OK. Recently Championship Ashe and all the other skins just came out, thankfully I was able to purchase a few before my ban was sent the next day but what really bugs me was that I also bought a Mission Ticket. This sucks for me because when I am unbanned and am welcome to play again, all my missions will be gone and in theory, so will my money. I find this to be one of the worst scenarios I have ever been in so far with riot games and I hope this will be the last.

Another reason why I find this uncalled for is because everyone can be toxic when given a certain scenario, not to mention the fact that there are different types of toxicity. Condescending toxicity, Rage toxicity, and Sarcastic toxicity. And these are just the main types of toxicity. Surprisingly I was given a 14 day ban not because I was toxic in only 1 game but because what RIOT thinks I did was "wrong." Lets all be honest for a second people and come clean. I mean seriously people, theres no way that every single person reading this message has never used some form of toxicity in a game. We ALL have and therefore it should be OK to let atleast 1 game of toxicity go by without having to be concerned about getting banned. When I say this I don't mean for it to sound like I'm trying to get RIOT to be less strict on players who are toxic, its just that what I'm saying is that it's normal for people to let out there anger every once and a while since we are only human and make mistakes in our lives. But the best thing about being human is that we all eventually move on. So if you are still here reading this message I appreciate you for staying this long. It shows me how caring you people are to pay attention to the little things in life even if its something like reading this message.

Anyway if there is something you can do to help please make sure to tell me by replying to this message. Thank you.

What even ever happened to the 1 day ban, not to mention the 3,5,7 day ban?

This is your warning, the consequences are a permaban. A straight 14 day ban says that the sort of behavior you were engaging in is not the small, passive aggressive crap that normally gets chat bans but the really bad stuff, the hate speech and suggestions of self harm kind of stuff.

You can find chat logs in client. If you read over them and still don't know why you were punished feel free to post the to the boards and people can help.

(WARNING Troll Comment Incoming) You did nothing wrong, LOL administrators are filled with snowflakes. They have AI reviewing chat logs after scrubs report you. You got auto banned dependent on the severity of your chat logs bud. There is not arbitration, no administrator attempts to discern whether it was right or wrong. This isn't a strategy to try to stop the toxicity of league, nothing will get rid of that. Society is more toxic now than ever. This is just a ploy for more money and at the same time keep the snowflakes complaining about the toxic environment happy. In reality, the same players who get permabanned make a new account buy their favorite skins, champions, and emotes then start the toxic train all over again. They know the permabanned won't stop playing. It's all about the $$$ and keep the nerds happy.

What was your chat log that came with the ban?
