Stop giving punishments just because multiple people reported

Title really says it all.

Scenario: My team doesn't like me. God only knows the reason. it could be because as a ziggs against a graves and ahri that i didn't push to nexus solo when ahri ganked bot. Could be because i told my team to protect the carries (and that somehow means i have an ego, assuming i'm on of the carries)....etc etc etc. Doesn't matter. When kids get their feelings hurt they shouldn't be able to just team report you and have you be chat restricted....Idc that it's only a restriction...there is no reason for it. Fix your system. and stop letting kids like the ones described play this game

Your title has no bearing in reality. It has been stated, repeated, officially confirmed, and proven by being shown excerpts of the code, that multiple reports have no weight beyond the first report per game.

If you got chat restricted, you probably did something deserving of a chat restriction. If you disagree, post the logs they provided with your reform card, and we'll happily explain it to you.

That's not how it works at all. Reports are verified by the system before a punishment is issued, and more reports do absolutely nothing.

So we can't take the word of the person who wrote the code, we can't use evidence based on the boards and your "evidence" is on reddit.. although you offer no links to that information.

I received a 10 game chat restriction about 2ish months ago, and the game before I got the ban message one person said he was reporting me. So in my case it was one report that tipped the scales (yes, the restrictions were deserved).

Waaaay too many things going on. And for all of you "experts" or whoever is pretending they are. Your statistics and "data" are all unsubstantiated so enough with that nonsense. I GUARANTEE that gang bang reports are a thing and that they are a problem. Stop pretending your system is perfect, or even good. It's not. We just deal with it because there is nothing we can do about it, and you know that, which is why you don't change it. It only has to support what you want not what's actually right.

Allow me to provide an example from my past. I could use the word "tard". Like someone whiffs an ult and i comment "lol tard". Is that a restriction right there? In this big world you really think you can create a bubble of acceptable lingo and accurately determine intent and meaning. If you actually think that you're just fooling yourself. There is NO WAY that your system can be 100% accurate. And guess what that means, that means that it can be taken advantage of, and make mistakes.

You might fool younger people with your lies but anybody thinking even semi rationally could come to the correct conclusion.

In this discussion there is hard, formulaic evidence to support that only 1 report is needed to trigger a review, as posted by a rioter. If you don't believe him then you are wasting your time searching for any answers.
