I need a dev admin or game moderator to take ticket #20219408 seriously

I find the support for this ticket is not good enough i have asked for this ticket to move onto someone else as this account has been stolen and my in game name was Fresh Coke if you have a look into that ticket number you will find 5 days of me battling for my account or rp purchased if not i want the community to know that no matter how much you spend and someone else uses your account the support team will make you responsible of what has happned to it (suspension) even when youre asking for a thorough investigation they will telll you they did and you will lose everything.
