After a couple of games I remember why I uninstalled 2 months ago

So I am in my promo for Plat 1 and our adc is afk in base. Sure no problem we will just remake we said. Well you guess what, we couldn't remake even though he never bought an item or moved an inch. Worst part is that one teammate refused to open or surrender and wasted 20 minutes of our time even though the enemy was hilariously bad it was pretty clear we couln't win because our jungler was feeding hard. So there I was wasting 20 minutes in a dead game just waiting for the enemy to group and free me of this miserable game. But they had more fun chasing kills after kills instead of going for objectives and meanwhile I had to keep 'playing' because A) Leaverbuster and B) Asshole teammate who keeps me hostage in the game refusing to surrender.

So yeah Riot now I remember why this game is so fucking shit and not worth playing.

I think you are being way to dramatic.

Riot has made efforts to for players to get out of "unwinnable" games. Both the remake and surrender at 15 option are recently new. They understand that this is a concern and makes efforts to fix it without ruining the experience for those who are more casual base.

Also you claim this individual ruin the entire experience because he refused to surrender. That can be frustration but at the end of the day you have to remember it shouldn't take an individual to decide a game should be surrendered early. The current system makes it as fair as possible finding a balance between the two and it should be more weighted against not surrendering then surrendering. @ 15 you are claiming there is 100% chance of not winning which is a really early call in MOST games whereas @ 20 your team gets to decide if there is an 80% chance of not winning.

Take the game for what it is and play for the enjoyment of it. If you cannot do that then find another game. This post proves you are not done and just bored/frustrated with your experience but want to continue playing. Otherwise you wouldn't have posted at all and moved on.

Ridiculous that Riot lets players hold you hostage with no consequence. No amount of chat toxicity is as bad as holding someone hostage for 15 minutes

Uninstall again, and tell everyone you know never to play this game. At your standpoint it's the best thing to do. This game is actually losing players which is why they're making adverts and trying to push a recruitment program. Anything you can do to help it die would benefit you I guess
