Possible UNBAN from PermBAN? (Perspective)

Hey, I was perm banned on this server about 6 months ago, 2nd strike for saying ch*** ch*** (asian expression). It was my second strike and I didn't realize that it would cause me to have a second strike because I'm asian and I don't really care when people say that to me. I did not realize how bad saying this was and how it can offend some other asians because of how I react to it when people say it to me. Anyway, I was wondering if theres a way to get my account back? I've heard there are many people who get unbanned like toxic streamers etc... Ive spent a lot of time on this game and money. I had to make another account. Is there a way this perm-ban can be lifted? I know its my mistake, and everyone saying its my fault and second strike, but from my perspective saying "ch**** ch****" wasn't bad at that moment and I regret saying that. I know everyone would be like second strike your fault, but Could I get another chance? In my opinion I think this second strike is a little too much for what I said. I wouldn't say this in game again, just trying to play this amazing game again. Like I can still play on a new account and have chat on and this account is banned and the only thing I lose is all the skins I bought and all the time i spent to lvl up and get champions. Like can I get another chance, I can't get like a perm chat ban or a limited chat ban? I got banned for being toxic, but have access to make accounts to play again, with the ability to chat.
