ok to start, i have been playing this game for approx 6 years. have been silver the last few years. ( so not a great player) after the new season starts i get placed lower than usual, ok fine whatever no big deal ill just climb back. with that being said i have heard of alot of people saying how alot of challenger and diamond players got placed really low to start the season as well so i would be up against them to start the season. i had a couple bad games i admit. a couple people in one game did that whole "please report top lane for inting" crap. long story short a couple people in that game reported me, the 3 of them were all playing together. i have been honor 5 every season since the honor system has been implemented and have never been "punished" for anything before. so come back to this i got banned for 14 days, lost all my honor.... and all the rewards i have earned in the current cycle. what kind of BS is that? and now i cant get anyone to answer me back from Riot. this is horrible service. 14 days for first of any offense... it was an automatic thing not something someone looked at but an auto ban since they all reported me. this kind of crap is how you lose customers...

To get 14-day for first offense, you must had been extremely toxic that game and spammed zero tolerance word/phase. If you want to show us how horrible the service or the player is, post the full, unedited chat log(s) of all games shown on your feedback card.

phew, here is the response "Hey there, Polar reporting for duty. I am really sorry to hear that you had a rough game and ended up getting a suspension for feeding. I took a look at the game and at no point did I see you intentionally feeding kills to the enemy team or griefing your teammates. Because the system suspended your account for something that was not happening, I have gone ahead and lifted your suspension and reverted your honor level. I also went ahead and granted your account a free hextech chest and key for the misunderstanding. I apologize again for the mix up and let me know if you have any questions or issues going forward. it took them almost 3 days but they have restored the account. thanks riot for coming through. I have put so many freaking hours into that account I was a little frustrated.
